Refund Policy

As our fitness coaching services are delivered digitally through our app and are customized to meet individual needs, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made. By purchasing a program, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

Access to Coaching Materials

Upon purchasing a program, you will gain access to:

  • Accountability Features: Virtual check-ins, progress tracking, and support through the app to keep you motivated and on track.

These materials will be accessible through the Avanco Health app for the duration of your subscription.

Program Access and Usage

  • Continuous Access: You will have access to your personalized coaching content for as long as your subscription is active.

  • Program Updates: Your workouts and meal plans will be updated periodically based on your progress and feedback within the app.

  • Subscription Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You can manage your subscription preferences by contacting customer support.

Accountability and Support

  • We are here to help you succeed. You will receive:

  • Weekly Check-ins: Track your progress, set goals, and stay motivated with virtual weekly check-ins and reminders via the app.

  • Customer Support: If you have any questions or need assistance, our support team is available via email at gabesouza3@gmail.com. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 3-5 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer support. Please note that no refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription. Access to your coaching materials will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
